Historic Portfolio - consisted of a number of properties in the Borough of Ealing
These ranged from one, two and three bedrooms flats, rented to people who were identified as being in significant need. Many of the tenants were previously in temporary accommodation and were selected from the housing list by Ealing Borough Council.

Safe Haven London aimed to alleviate homelessness in London through the provision of housing accommodation for use as temporary or permanent accommodation for persons who were homeless or identified by a Local Authority.

For over a decade Safe Haven London has been hugely successful in assisting the homelessness crisis in Ealing.
In 2016 we began a comprehensive programme to refurbish all the properties. Replacing kitchens and bathrooms, boilers and carpets to ensure that they were all brought back to “Decent Homes” standard.
