Borough of Ealing
Safe Haven historically owned just under 200 properties in the Borough of Ealing. These ranged from one, two and three bedrooms flats, which were rented to people who identified as being in significant need.
For over a decade Safe Haven London has been hugely successful in assisting the homelessness crisis in Ealing.
In 2016 we began a comprehensive programme to refurbish all the properties. Replacing kitchens and bathrooms, boilers and carpets to ensure that they were all brought back to “Decent Homes” standard.
